February Tech Camp – FAQ
Camp Language
The camp is primarily conducted in French, with bilingual support in English to ensure inclusivity for all participants.
Instructor Qualifications
Our instructors are experienced professionals with backgrounds in computer science and education, dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for children.
Age Group Adaptations
While the core programme is the same, activities are tailored to suit different skill levels. Older children are given more advanced tasks, ensuring age-appropriate challenges.
Equipment Provision
All necessary equipment, including laptops, robotics kits, and 3D printers, is provided by the camp. Your child only needs to bring personal essentials and a packed lunch.
Meals and Snacks
A healthy snack is provided daily, and it is reviewed carefully to avoid common allergens. Parents are responsible for providing a packed lunch.
Outdoor Activities
Outdoor activities include team-building games and free play, designed to promote physical activity and social interaction among campers.
Final Showcase
We host a Final Showcase on the last day of the camp, where children present their projects. Parents are warmly invited to attend and celebrate their child’s achievements.
Trial Classes
Trial classes are offered prior to the camp. Parents are welcome to join and observe these sessions. More details can be provided upon request.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
– 100% Refund: For cancellations made at least four weeks before the camp start date.
– 50% Refund: For cancellations made two weeks before the camp start date.
– No Refund: For cancellations made less than one week before the camp start date, except for medical reasons.

Post-Camp Opportunities
Yes, we offer follow-up courses and programmes to continue your child’s learning journey. Information about these opportunities will be shared after the camp concludes.
