Since the start of the partnership with International Institute De Lancy in 2020 Next Academy provided camps for above 300 students with diverse tech experiences from coding to artificial intelligence, drones and filmmaking.
IT Mornings 1.0
IT Mornings 1.0 program cover 3D design, coding, digital arts, robotics, and game design. Children will explore architecture using Sweet Home 3D, learn coding through CodeMonkey, and create digital comic books. They will also build and program robots with LEGO Mindstorms and develop games with Roblox Studio. This camp offers a supportive setting for children interested in technology to gain foundational digital skills.
IT Mornings 2.0
In IT Mornings 2.0 children will explore AI-powered digital creativity. They will engage in activities such as collaborative drawings, music creation, animation, movie trailer production, and designing AR filters. Each session combines creativity with technology, providing a fun and educational experience. This program allows children to unleash their imagination with the help of technology.
Competitive Robotics
Competitive Robotics Camp offers a hands-on experience with LEGO Inventor for young enthusiasts. Participants will build and program robotic cars, incorporating sensors for challenges like line-following, parking, and gesture control using AI. By the end of the camp, children will have a strong understanding of robotics, capable of confidently programming and controlling their creations.
AI Camp
Participants will use Scratch to create machine learning models, control video games with hand gestures, build chatbots, and craft stories. They will also explore voice generation and learn the fundamentals of image and video creation. This camp is designed to ignite curiosity and creativity, providing a thorough introduction to AI and its practical uses through engaging and educational activities.
YouTube Camp
Children will learn to create, edit, and animate videos using different tools and software. They will discover how to trim and rotate clips, add intros and outros, apply filters, and make stop-motion animations. Campers will also develop skills in color correction, sound editing, and adding subtitles. This camp boosts creativity, imagination, and storytelling skills, making it ideal for aspiring filmmakers.
Game Development with AI
In this program, children learn the basics of artificial intelligence and how to create video games. They will generate storylines, code, and create images using Construct 2. The course provides an understanding of the concepts and tools needed to enhance game development projects with AI. This course sparks a passion for technology and creativity, equipping children with valuable skills for the future.
