AI Productivity

Master the AI tools and judgment that professionals actually use in 2026. Each session tackles one real productivity bottleneck and ends with a working output you take back to the office the next morning.

Beyond memes. Real skills.

This course delivers the exact practical skills professionals actually use in 2026. Each session tackles one real bottleneck — from inbox overload to running models locally and building agentic workflows — and ends with a working output.

We are so confident in the real-world value of this course that we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first two weeks. Requirements: personal laptop with registered software.

  • Zero-typing meeting summaries from day one
  • Queryable private knowledge base built
  • AI models running locally for sensitive tasks
  • Live automated workflow running in background
  • Verification habit for high-stakes outputs
  • Clear on what is legally safe to feed into AI

Nine workshops. One new skill each week.

Each 3-hour session tackles one real productivity bottleneck, from inbox overload to running local models and building agentic workflows.

Workshop 01 — Inbox & Documents

Master native AI inside Gmail and Google Docs. Summarise long threads, extract key requests, draft context-aware replies, and generate structured documents from a single concept or rough note.

Outcome: A streamlined inbox workflow and a reusable library of document templates for rapid generation.

Workshop 02 — Voice & Meeting Intelligence

Stop manually writing up meetings. Use AI to transcribe, extract decisions, generate action items, and push them directly to your task manager — without opening a chat window.

Outcome: A live meeting workflow that auto-produces a summary, decision log, and delegated action items within two minutes of any call ending.

Workshop 03 — Output Control & Verification

Replace trial-and-error prompting with rigid frameworks that produce consistent, high-quality outputs. Learn how to detect hallucinations, when to trust an output, and a practical three-step review process.

Outcome: A personal prompt library with built-in verification checklists. Know when an output is safe to use and when it needs a second pass.

Workshop 04 — AI Second Brain

Use NotebookLM to upload proprietary documents and meeting notes, interrogate a closed data ecosystem, and extract precise citations. Learn how to structure a knowledge base for fast retrieval.

Outcome: A queryable knowledge base that retrieves insights exclusively from your uploaded materials, with a tagging and ingestion habit you can sustain long-term.

Workshop 05 — Wikis, SOPs & Voice-to-Doc

Transform voice notes, rough brain-dumps, and meeting recordings into standardised documentation. Build internal Wikis and draft SOPs starting from a phone dictation, not a blank page.

Outcome: Three finalised SOPs built from voice recordings, and a repeatable dictation-to-documentation workflow ready for immediate use.

Workshop 06 — Deep Research & Triangulation

Run the same research task across multiple AI tools, learn to triangulate diverging answers, and verify factual accuracy through cited sources. Covers market and competitor analysis.

Outcome: A well-sourced research brief on a complex industry topic, plus a personal tool-selection framework for future research tasks.

Workshop 07 — Running Models Locally

Run open-weight AI models entirely on your own hardware — no data leaving your machine, no subscriptions, no API costs. Covers model selection, quantisation basics, and privacy-sensitive tasks.

Outcome: A locally running model configured for a real use case (document Q&A, code review, or confidential drafting), with a clear understanding of its performance ceiling.

Workshop 08 — Agentic Workflows

Move beyond single-step AI prompts to autonomous multi-step workflows that run in the background. Covers the full 2026 agent landscape — from native integrations to low-code orchestrators.

Outcome: A live multi-step automated workflow handling a real use case, plus a decision framework for choosing the right automation tool.

Workshop 09 — AI Risk, Privacy & Staying Current

The judgment layer no other course teaches. Covers what you should never upload to a cloud AI tool, Swiss nFADP and GDPR exposure, hallucination risk, and a practical system for staying current.

Outcome: A personal AI risk checklist, a data classification habit, and a repeatable system for evaluating and adopting new tools without drowning in noise.
